【Mounting Requirements】

The customization process ensures finished sizes are measured from both ends of the square shell to provide a proper fit for your window. Inside Mount requires a window depth of at least 10cm and a width reduction of 1cm; please also consider potential interference from window handles or opening directions. For Outside Mount, we typically suggest adding 20cm to both width and height to allow for sufficient coverage of the window frame.

Each order arrives with the custom roller blind pre-assembled within its matching fabric-covered square shell for an easier setup. To help protect the hardware during shipping, the mounting brackets and screw pack are individually packaged in a separate accessory kit. A clear user manual is provided to guide you through the bracket-drilling installation process to ensure the unit is securely mounted.

Full refund for returns within 30 days of receipt (original shipping costs are non-refundable). Returns are accepted only for quality or damage issues — not for buyer-caused damage or misuse. Custom shades are non-returnable unless faulty; please confirm measurements before ordering.

Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order via email for a full refund. No cancellations accepted after 24 hours.

Return Conditions
All returns must be arranged with customer service and authorized before shipping. Once authorized, please return the item in its original, undamaged packaging. Defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt to hello@incustom.com.

Shipping Fees
We cover return shipping costs for wrong or damaged items (buyer must provide photos). The buyer is responsible for return shipping in cases of color discrepancy, size changes, change of mind, incorrect order, or similar reasons.

Refund Timing

Exchange Conditions
All exchanges must be arranged with customer service and authorized before processing. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement immediately.
