30-Day Return Window
Full refund for returns within 30 days of receipt (original shipping costs are non-refundable). Returns are accepted only for quality or damage issues — not for buyer-caused damage or misuse. Custom shades are non-returnable unless faulty; please confirm measurements before ordering.

24-Hour Order Cancellation
Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order via email for a full refund. No cancellations accepted after 24 hours.

Return Conditions
All returns must be arranged with customer service and authorized before shipping. Once authorized, please return the item in its original, undamaged packaging. Defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt to hello@incustom.com.

Shipping Fees
We cover return shipping costs for wrong or damaged items (buyer must provide photos). The buyer is responsible for return shipping in cases of color discrepancy, size changes, change of mind, incorrect order, or similar reasons.

Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the return, and are issued to the original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your payment platform.

Exchange Conditions
All exchanges must be arranged with customer service and authorized before processing. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement immediately. Defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt to hello@incustom.com. Exchanges are reviewed within 1–2 business days. The original item generally does not need to be returned unless requested.
