Photo Guidelines

• Clear Front-Facing Photo (Mandatory)
  Half-Body (2.4"): Photo should show the person's face and upper torso.
  Standing Full-Body (4.7"): Photo should show the entire body from head to toe.
  Ensure no blurry photos or face obstructions.
• Seated poses
  We can create seated full-body models. Due to material usage, the seated model will be 3.15" (whether it's a single person or couple seated).
• Additional Reference Photos (Optional)
  Please upload one primary photo for each product. If you have additional reference photos, you can email them to us directly.
• Photo Quality
  Low-quality photos will prevent us from creating the model. We’ll contact you if the photos don’t meet the requirements.
• Glasses
  Glasses are fine! We will include them in the final model.
• No Large Accessories
  For Full-Body models, avoid including large accessories like backpacks or bags. The model will focus on the person’s body only.

How to Order Your MemoPortrait

Ordering your personalized Portrait is easy! Follow these steps:

• Send your Photos to our email hello@incustom.com
  Send one high-quality photos of your loved one.
  💡 Tip: For the best results, include a clear front-facing photo for Half-Body (2.4") and Standing Single Full-Body photo (head to toe) for Full-Body(4.7").
• We Handle the Rest
  Our expert designers will use your photos to create a lifelike 3D model, which will then be crafted with precision 3D printing.

30-Day Return Window
Full refund for returns within 30 days of receipt (original shipping costs are non-refundable). Returns are accepted only for quality or damage issues — not for buyer-caused damage or misuse. Custom shades are non-returnable unless faulty; please confirm measurements before ordering.

24-Hour Order Cancellation
Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order via email for a full refund. No cancellations accepted after 24 hours.

Return Conditions
All returns must be arranged with customer service and authorized before shipping. Once authorized, please return the item in its original, undamaged packaging. Defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt to hello@incustom.com.

Shipping Fees
We cover return shipping costs for wrong or damaged items (buyer must provide photos). The buyer is responsible for return shipping in cases of color discrepancy, size changes, change of mind, incorrect order, or similar reasons.

Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the return, and are issued to the original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your payment platform.

Exchange Conditions
All exchanges must be arranged with customer service and authorized before processing. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement immediately. Defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt to hello@incustom.com. Exchanges are reviewed within 1–2 business days. The original item generally does not need to be returned unless requested.
