【Mounting Requirements】

Our precision customization uses finished sizes measured from the outer edges of the mounting brackets for an accurate fit. Inside Mount requires a window depth of at least 6cm, with the product width calculated as the window width minus 1cm. For Outside Mount, we recommend adding 20cm to the window width to ensure sufficient coverage and optimal light control for the entire window area.

The accessory kit, including heavy-duty mounting brackets and a screw pack, is individually packaged to ensure all components arrive in perfect condition. Full refund for returns within 30 days of receipt (original shipping costs are non-refundable). Returns are accepted only for quality or damage issues — not for buyer-caused damage or misuse. Custom shades are non-returnable unless faulty; please confirm measurements before ordering.

Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order via email for a full refund. No cancellations accepted after 24 hours.

Return Conditions
All returns must be arranged with customer service and authorized before shipping. Once authorized, please return the item in its original, undamaged packaging. Defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt to hello@incustom.com.

Shipping Fees
We cover return shipping costs for wrong or damaged items (buyer must provide photos). The buyer is responsible for return shipping in cases of color discrepancy, size changes, change of mind, incorrect order, or similar reasons.

Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the return, and are issued to the original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your payment platform.

Exchange Conditions
All exchanges must be arranged with customer service and authorized before processing. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement immediately.
